It was a good skip season. I mean it was a really, really good skip season for me here in Southern New England. The beginning of June was amazing. The last few days of July were even more amazing. 

There were skip events that wouldn’t quit. An opening in the morning followed by another big one in the afternoon and evening hours. Five or six hours of skip in two openings on one day? Yes!!

And it’s now August and the skip just keeps coming, although not at the pace it was for the past two months. 

I logged over 400 stations via Es this summer. About 100 of them were new. I did good, better than I’ve done for the past 28 years or so except for one or two years (see chart on my statistics page). I’m happy.
